Eagle Real Estate and Auctions was started by David Faulkner in 2018. While Eagle is in itself, a relatively new company, David is no stranger to the real estate and auction business. David is a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer. He currently holds a real estate license in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. David is a graduate of Auburn University with a B.A. degree. He is also a graduate of the Barney Fletcher School of Real Estate and The North Georgia School of Auctioneering. David will put his many years of service to work for you.

He was affiliated with Auctions United, Inc. since 1983 and has been responsible for managing and marketing sales in Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. David left Auctions United in 2018 to establish his own company, Eagle Real Estate and Auctions, LLC. David is a member of First Baptist Church, Rome, GA; Auburn Alumni Association; Kappa Alpha Order, Nu Chapter; Georgia Association of Assessing Officials; South Carolina Association of Assessing Officials; Pickens Co.
